I’ve spent 8+ years designing digital products that people actually want to use, backed by 14 years in digital technology. My work spans fintech, healthcare, and enterprise platforms across East Africa, where I focus on solving real problems rather than just making things look nice.

The results speak for themselves. I’ve led projects that achieved 95% user adoption and reduced task completion times by 40%. I built design systems that cut inconsistencies by 35% while making teams more efficient. But what matters more is how I approach design.

I translate messy business requirements into interfaces that make sense. Working directly with software engineers and cross-functional teams, I turn complex challenges into solutions that feel obvious once they exist. I care about technical feasibility as much as visual polish, which means I can push back when something won’t work and explain why in terms engineers understand.

My expertise covers UX strategy, user research, interaction design, and prototyping. I develop scalable design systems that teams actually enjoy collaborating on because they’re practical, not just pretty. And I believe the best solutions come from understanding what users need, not what we assume they need.

I assist in roadmap planning and design strategy to drive impactful solutions. As the Product Manager and UX Designer for the CHW Telehealth Project in Malaba, I led an 8-month telehealth initiative, designing an intuitive system for SMS, USSD, and IVR. I developed user-centric training materials, trained CHWs on virtual patient interactions, and ensured patient data security standards compliance. Partnering with HealthX, I aligned technical and user needs, delivering a platform that improved CHW proficiency and healthcare access.
